By subscribing or using the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Service
AI Worker Agency provides a hosted and managed website-based AI receptionist that may answer approved questions, collect and qualify leads, present content, route visitors, store conversation records, and connect to supported destinations. Features depend on the customer's approved configuration, website, and compatible services.
2. Subscription and billing
The advertised plan is $17.99 USD per month and renews automatically until canceled. The payment provider processes billing. Failed or reversed payments may suspend service. Taxes, if applicable, may be added or collected as required.
3. Onboarding and customer inputs
Configuration begins after successful payment and receipt of complete onboarding information. The customer must provide accurate, authorized, lawful content and working destination links. Do not submit credentials through public forms. Integrations requiring authentication use a separate secure process.
4. Review and approval
The customer is responsible for testing and approving knowledge, responses, disclosures, links, qualification questions, routing, escalation behavior, branding, and authorized domains before production deployment. The customer must promptly report inaccurate or unauthorized behavior.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, deception, harassment, malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, infringement, impersonation, high-risk automated decisions without appropriate human review, or collection of information you lack authority to process.
6. AI limitations
AI systems can generate incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate responses. The service is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other licensed professional judgment. Customers must use human escalation and must not represent generated output as guaranteed advice.
7. Customer websites and notices
Customers are responsible for their website terms, privacy notices, cookie or consent controls, disclosures, accessibility, industry obligations, and the lawful collection and use of visitor information.
8. Integrations
Third-party websites, CRMs, calendars, email platforms, spreadsheets, payment providers, and webhooks are governed by their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, or actions of third-party services.
9. Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable managed service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, abuse prevention, provider outages, security events, or incompatible customer changes may affect availability. Support requests should be sent through the contact page.
10. Intellectual property
Customers retain rights in content they are authorized to provide. AI Worker Agency retains rights in its service configuration methods, templates, workflows, code, and operational materials. The subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during an active paid term.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, unlawful use, infringement, material breach, or conduct that threatens users, providers, or systems. Customers may cancel future renewals under the published cancellation policy.
12. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated here. AI Worker Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify AI Worker Agency against third-party claims arising from your submitted content, website, configuration instructions, unlawful processing, misuse of the service, or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or legal obligations change. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
