Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card details, private customer records, regulated data, or confidential credentials through public forms or chatbot conversations.
1. Scope
This policy applies to AI Worker Agency websites, sales and support forms, onboarding forms, billing-related records we receive from payment providers, and managed AI receptionist services we configure for customers.
2. Information we collect
We may collect contact details, business information, website addresses, service descriptions, FAQs, routing instructions, branding preferences, support messages, order references, and other information you choose to submit. Customer-configured AI receptionists may collect conversation content and lead fields selected by the customer.
3. How information is used
- Provide, configure, test, support, secure, and improve the service.
- Process subscriptions and maintain customer accounts.
- Route leads, conversations, notifications, and approved business actions.
- Respond to sales, billing, cancellation, support, privacy, and security requests.
- Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Service providers and integrations
We may use payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, automation services, CRM systems, spreadsheets, analytics tools, and other processors needed to deliver the service. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for the configured purpose and subject to the provider's own terms.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers decide what their receptionist is allowed to collect, which domains it may operate on, what knowledge it may use, and where information is sent. Customers are responsible for lawful notices, consent, data-minimization choices, and the accuracy and authorization of submitted business content.
6. AI processing
Conversation inputs may be processed automatically to generate responses, classify requests, qualify leads, or select routing actions. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers must test and approve configured behavior before launch and maintain human escalation for decisions that require judgment.
7. Payment information
Payment transactions are processed by the selected payment provider. AI Worker Agency does not ask customers to place full payment card credentials in onboarding or support forms.
8. Retention and security
We retain information for the period reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy action where applicable. Some information may be retained when required for transactions, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
10. Children
The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Customers must not intentionally configure the service to collect children's personal information without an appropriate legal basis and required safeguards.
11. Policy updates
We may update this policy as services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
